Delivery of orders

We carry out  free  delivery in the city of Kiev, as well as free  installation  equipment . Also we  we connect, configure and test pressure chambers for your business. Our specialists will also prepare and train your staff. All this you will receive additionally and free of charge.  

Delivery to other regions of Ukraine and abroad is paid by the client. It is better to discuss all the details with the BLUBERIA manager. 

Return and exchange policy

In the BLUBERIA online store, you can expect to receive original and high-quality devices. A clear and clear return policy is our prerogative. All rules and conditions for the return of goods and money are carried out in accordance with the current legislation  Ukrainian, namely  in accordance with the provisions of "On the protection of consumer rights" . We strive to build trust with customers and provide  best service .

If the product is of high quality, the buyer is given the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order to maintain the right to terminate the agreement, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the product in its original condition. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the client, the client is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If, due to unpacking the product or checking the functionality, the cost has decreased, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The goods will not be accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

   •  fully equipped equipment;

   •  a check proving the fact of purchase in the BLUBERIA online store;

   •  warranty card;

   •  an act describing the defect, which was drawn up by the service department.

Funds must be returned on the day of application. If the money cannot be returned on the same day, they fix a different date, but no later than 7 days.

Claims and remaining questions can be asked by phone 0 500-602-900 or in the online format by filling out the feedback form. When drawing up a claim, the current Ukrainian legislation is taken as a basis.
